MICHAEL CAMPOS

CO-FOUNDER, HEAD OF STRATEGY

Michael Campos starts every weekday with a cold brew from his local coffee shop and ends it watching Sportscenter–or Peppa Pig, if his daughter is still awake. In between, he leads strategy for neuelane and spends the majority of each day doing research, asking questions, analyzing data and yapping about how good his golf game is at the moment.

Michael’s advertising career kicked off before he even finished school. He locked in his first social media client six months before graduating from Miami International University of Art & Design 2011, and took off from there. This momentum led to more clients, bigger projects, key partnerships, and eventually, the birth of neuelane in 2017.

From 2010 to 2018, Michael served as a board member for the American Advertising Federation of Miami, first as a student and then later as President of Ad 2 and AAF Miami. In 2012, he was honored with the coveted "Advertising Person of the Year" Award.

He loves to remind clients he doesn’t do social media, he advertises. Social just happens to be his weapon of choice.

BRANDON RODRIGUEZ

CO-FOUNDER, HEAD OF OPS + PRODUCTION

Brandon’s path to senior leadership was anything but traditional. With a B.S. in Music Production from Full Sail University, he spent the first phase of his career as a creative director and recording engineer for a major recording and event space called LMNT. His work ethic and creativity helped him quickly advance to roles like general manager and director of operations.

In order to dive deeper into the advertising world, he left LMNT for TAMZ, where he led creative and production as the agency’s director of operations. These experiences trained Brandon in every aspect of agency life, giving him the tools to run daily ops and deliver world-class creative work across teams and mediums.

From managing creative workflow and production, to directing and executing projects, to nurturing client relationships and managing inter-agency teams, Brandon made sure everything ran like clockwork.

Today, as the COO of neuelane, he brings these same skills and more to higher-level challenges for larger clients. Brandon is the center spoke around which the entire agency operates, from creative to operations, finance and beyond.

JONATHAN MORFFI

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Jonathan has worked as a creative for 10+ years, in both traditional and nontraditional advertising–television, radio, OOH, digital, social, experiential, POP–with brands across the board.

He is an instructor at Miami Ad School, hoping to continually learn and inspire, and previously served as Creative Curator.

Jonathan was also previously appointed as Creative Director, in a more fashion environment, at Wilhelmina Models which speaks a bit to his design aesthetic and does fashion photography whenever he has some spare time.

Past clients: Toyota, Unilever, Knorr, Chapstick, Pfizer, Advil, Centrum, Wrigley's, Kraft, Oreo, Chips Ahoy, Wendy's, CVS Pharmacy, Dell, Adidas, Sony, Diageo, T-Mobile, Verizon, Lowe's, Nestle, ampm.

MAITE FIGUEROA

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

After achieving her B.A. in advertising from Miami International University of Art and Design, Miami native Maite Figueroa chose to pursue a career in social media and digital marketing because it’s a platform that allows brands to impact customers in real time. She finds this immediacy to be full of exciting possibilities. After several years of developing the relevant skills and experience, Maite joined neuelane to manage organic and paid social content for all our clients.

Her day-to-day involves community management for numerous social accounts, creating ads, curating social media calendars and posting content. Each month, she delivers detailed performance reports that allow clients to learn and adapt their strategy.

At the office, Maite enjoys being part of a fast-paced team of creatives who love what they do, and in her downtime, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family. She also likes to keep up with online trends and scour the digital landscape for what’s next.
