neuelane (“neuelane,” “we,” “us”) runs neuelane.com. This page explains what information we collect when you visit the site or reach out to us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our site, email us or book a call, we collect what you send: usually your name, email, phone number, company, and details about your project and budget.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, pages you view, how long you stay, the site or ad that sent you to us, and general location (city or region). We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, described below.
How you found us. When you first land on our site, we save a small first-party cookie that remembers how you arrived (for example, a Google search, an ad, social media or a referral link) and which page you landed on. If you later submit a form, that source information is included with your message so we know which channels are working. This cookie expires after 90 days.
Cookies and third-party tools
We use the following services to understand how the site is used, measure our advertising and protect our forms:
- Google Analytics: site traffic and usage statistics.
- Google Ads: measuring and improving our ads, including showing ads to people who have visited our site.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram): measuring and improving our ads on Meta platforms.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag: measuring and improving our ads on LinkedIn.
- Microsoft Clarity: anonymous heatmaps and session recordings that show how visitors use our pages, so we can improve them.
- Google reCAPTCHA: keeping spam and bots out of our contact forms.
These providers may set their own cookies and collect information under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage ad personalization through Google, Meta and LinkedIn.
How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry, schedule calls and send proposals.
- To work with you if you become a client.
- To understand which pages, channels and campaigns bring people to us, and to improve the site.
- To run and measure our own advertising.
- To protect the site from spam, fraud and abuse.
We don’t sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers listed above and the tools we use to run the business (such as email, hosting and project management), and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also share information if required by law or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and client information for as long as we need it to work with you and for our business records, and analytics data for the period set by each analytics provider.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you’ve sent us, or to stop emailing you, at any time. Email hello@neuelane.com and we’ll take care of it.
Children
Our site is meant for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from them.
