Sackett Place
Sackett Place is a 173-unit residential tower along the Gowanus Canal, developed by Property Markets Group as the family-focused counterpart to its sister tower, Society Brooklyn. With one to three-bedroom residences, waterfront views, and resort-style amenities, the building needed a brand that felt grounded, warm, and elevated, the kind of place a family would want to call home for the long run. We built the full identity system from the ground up, including logo, visual identity, color palette, typography, proof of concept, and brand guidelines.
